Coach Q founded All Day Fitness in 2009 after years in the fitness industry at Life Time, Crunch, and a variety of other gyms. He is the sole Owner, Founder, and Head Coach at All Day Fitness.

Coach Boom is a seasoned personal trainer & group class instructor with over 12 years of experience. His Lunch Time Grind class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm.

Coach Ibby has been a martial artist since 4 years old and currently works at Stevens Institute of Technology as an Athletic Trainer & Strength Coach. Just Lift and Just Speed classes are available Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday at 7:30am.

Coach Raf has always been involved in sports, but his fitness journey started when he joined the Marine Corps in 2000 & he excelled in obstacle course training. Coach Raf can be found teaching Wednesday nights & competing at our gym events.

Coach Shaunii specializes in weight loss and Pre & Post-natal Training. Coach Shaunii has won a variety of coaching awards & her Fundamentals class is on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 7:30am.

Coach Trina has a passion for helping others find their place, excitement, and dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Before becoming a coach & joining the team, Coach Trina had been a member of the All Day Fit Fam since 2016.
