Our one-on-one instructional, motivational sessions focus solely on you improving to meet your specific goals. We begin with an assessment to determine strengths & weaknesses, as well as provide general nutrition guidelines to help you along your journey.
ALL DAY F.I.T.
Our Functional Interval Training is a program where we perform short bursts of high-intensity cardio exercise followed by a brief low-intensity exercise, repeatedly for 30-45 minutes. These workouts provide improved athletic capacity & conditioning, as well as improved glucose metabolism.
Introducing Just Lift, our latest program designed to optimize strength, agility, and form. Join us for classes that are conveniently scheduled twice a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am. To cater to diverse fitness goals, we have divided our Just Lift program into two distinct categories: Upper Body and Core, and Lower Body.
Join us every Saturday at 9:30 am for an intense workout that combines technique, self-defense, and cardio training. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced boxer aiming to sharpen your abilities, this class is designed to cater to all levels. Unleash your inner fighter and enjoy a high-energy cardio session that will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated.
