ELITE
Our flagship program combines many aspects of fitness like strength, conditioning, agility, balance, power, endurance, stability, etc. Classes include but are not limited to Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, & calisthenics.

JUST LIFT
Just Lift, our program designed to optimize strength, agility, and form. Join us for classes that are conveniently scheduled twice during the week and once on the weekend. To cater to diverse fitness goals, Just Lift incorporates upper body, lower body, and core exercises to ensure the program is total body!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our one-on-one instructional, motivational sessions focus solely on you improving to meet your specific goals. We begin with an assessment to determine strengths & weaknesses, as well as provide general nutrition guidelines to help you along your journey.

Ideal for those looking for individualized programming, to build confidence, or to learn proper form.

hybrid
A staple in our weekly programming designed to build well-rounded athletes by blending strength, conditioning, & endurance with elements of both DEKA & HYROX training. Expect functional movements, cardio intervals, and performance challenges to push you to move faster, lift stronger, and go longer!

Lunch Time Grind
Join us mid-day for a great workout- designed to get you in and out on that lunch break to keep your consistency in check! Be ready for a full body workout designed to improve strength and increase cardiovascular endurance. ​
